North Carolina Global TransPark

Smithfield-Selma is 45 miles west of the North Carolina Global TransPark (GTP), located on US 70 near Kinston. The Park is a 2,400-acre industrial/airport site situated in the heartland of Eastern North Carolina. Not only is the park located near most of the state’s major military bases, it is convenient to major ports, interstate highways and rail connections. The on-site Kinston Regional Jetport boasts the longest civilian runway in the state.
