(3)+community+rehabilitation+facility+to+evaluate%2c+train%2c+and+return+individuals+with+vocational+barriers+to+employment.+%0d%0a%0d%0aIn+2000%2c+JCI+reached+out+to+the+younger+generation%2c+who+also+had+barriers+to+employment%2c+and+developed+the+%e2%80%9cYes+I+Can+Program%e2%80%9d+for+ages+16+to+21+years.+Additionally%2c+we+began+operating+the+Occupational+Course+of+Study+(OCS)+program%2c+which+is+offered+in+collaboration+with+local+high+schools%2c+to+provide+community-based%2c+vocational+training+and+assistance+with+job+search.%0d%0a%0d%0aIn+2003%2c+both+programs+and+manufacturing+endeavors+were+growing%2c+and+JCI+built+a+10%2c000-square-foot+building+in+Smithfield+to+keep+up+with+the+demand.%0d%0a%0d%0aIn+2004%2c+a+30%2c000-square-foot+program+and+production+facility+was+added+in+Lillington%2c+serving+Harnett+and+Sampson+counties%2c+and+became+ISO+registered.++In+2007%2c+JCI+began+operating+the+Unity+House%2c+a+psychosocial+rehabilitation+program+located+in+Selma.+%0d%0a%0d%0aIn+2008+JCI+purchased+the+90%2c000-square-foot+facility+in+Selma+an+2011%2c+and+earned+AS9100C+Registration.++The+JCI+Thrift+Store+and+Donation+Center+on+Bright+Leaf+Boulevard+in+Smithfield+was+opened+and+by+the+summer%2c+JCI+received+a+two-year+food+and+beverage+grant+and+opened+the+Cyber+Caf%c3%a9+in+Smithfield.%0d%0a%0d%0aJCI+currently+has+nine+locations+serving+Johnston%2c+Lee%2c+Harnett%2c+Wayne%2c+and+Sampson+residents%2c+with+over+130%2c000++square+feet+of+climate-controlled+manufacturing+space+and+approximately+187+staff+members.%0d%0a%0d%0aJCI+continues+the+journey%2c+and+pledges+to+be+dedicated+and+strive+to+meet+and+exceed+client+and+customer+needs+and+expectations.++){kind=link}
